Vegetable Omelette Muffin

These vegetable omelette muffins with plenty of vegetables and mozzarella cheese make a filling and fun treat at your next house party at home. They're warm, healthy and fun to serve. Try them out this Easter day!

Japanese Style Mayonnaise

Ingredient

Eggs 8 nos
Kewpie Japanese Style Mayonnaise 40 ml
Tomato   15 g
Spinach (Fresh/Frozen) 15 g
Onion 10 g
Mozzarella Cheese 30 g

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven at  160°C
  2. Whisk eggs until smooth with Kewpie Japanese Style Mayonnaise 
  3. Dice all vegetables (Onions and spinach) and mix with egg mixture
  4. Pour about 1/4 cup mixture into a cup and bake for about 15-20 minutes until eggs are set! 
  5. Decorate it on a plate and it's ready to be served!
